One of the kids has just insisted to me that you spell “cruise” as “kroose”..sigh. He was looking for the telford “cruise”..you know, the sad brigade who gang up at the local Mcdonalds in their tossed up chavwagons and proceed to terrorise the roads.
It’s quiet..too quiet. The network HAS to be up to something. Steves muttering to himself in a welsh accent in the corner. So, what has gone on recently? Nothing..:) Quiet on all fronts.
Had a visit from Rik at the weekend, since we haven’t seen him since christmas. I thought he was working, but it seems his car’s been in the garage which is why I assumed that. New years eve, apparently a gang of lads decided to smash windows, dent every panel on one side, and slash all 4 tyres on it. Nice. Apparently they also set fire to a Mercedes.
I used to live in that area….kneecap the sodding lot, thats my vote.
Oh yes..on an unrelated subject - has anyone reading ever managed to get MythTV running on Ubuntu Breezy successfully? I’ve fallen over on the MySQL bit. I WILL have my PC recording TV programs..
