Karl’s Asylum ... for the terminally deranged

Had a teacher bring us a Nokia N70 with a memory card problem. “No prob” says I. “We have a large assortment of SD/MMC/CF readers in the office”.

The N70 uses a nonstandard format of card…AARGH!! My Motorola uses SD, Steves uses MiniSD, the cameras use SD/MMC/CF memory..so WHY the HELL couldn’t they stick to a reasonable format??

I’m going to have to hand the phone back and say “nothing doing”..sigh.
