Oh dear.

It had to happen…I get home tonight, and swing the Astra into the carpark to do the customary U turn into our allocated space. Except I can’t. Because some arse in a V Plate Silver Audi TT has decided to park in it.

Sigh. I’ve pulled the Astra up behind him sideways on so he can’t get out without damaging his car in the hedge, we’ve left him a note along the lines of “Never heard of Private Parking? To get this car moved, buzz Flat 6″.

Photos have been taken to show no damage was done, that he’s in my damn space, and his number plate..and just to REALLY get his attention, I’ve put the inflatable flashing 1/2 metre high traffic cone that I got for Christmas (Thankyou Jo and Lou!!) in the back of the Astra.

Now, we wait.

Bad Parking

In other news, it’s flooding again. Not *quite* as high as before, but enough to upgrade the river at Ironbridge to “Severe Flood Warning” alert. Ironbridge itself is closed off again, like it was a week or 2 back. We might get some piccies tomorrow with the new camera Jem got for Christmas.

^^ THAT is literally 2 minutes walk away, down the side of our/craft centre building. The marks on the door are flood markers showing the floods that have been and gone! GOT to go down there tomorrow…

EDIT: He’s snuck off somehow…our neighbours found it immensely funny…:D “Good one, Mate” is high praise..:)

    I already said it at Jem’s site, but that note is hilarious! I wouldn’t call parking in a private parking spot a mistake though; it has more to do with the laziness of the Audi owner (and maybe the feeling of being better than others due to the ’status’ of their car..)
