A criticism in a support forum shouldn’t equal a hissy fit. Nor should a ban be undertaken without informing the user. Or is your e-mailling of your customers own accounts as broken as your service sometimes is? Hmm? I don’t recall a cross post? A link to my thread in another thread, yes. That’s something I see all over your forums.

That’s me, Karl - posting under our joint account credentials for our user, that just happens to carry Jems name. Why do I do that? Because I’m a lot NICER and harder to annoy than Jem when it comes to dealing with some things..
You did go on to call them “tools” when you were unbanned. I think I’d ban you for that one :p
What is cross-posting? I don’t see what’s ban-worthy in “I’m having troubles with my connection” unless, of course, you are a dictator wishing to appear as perfect in the eyes of the world and, therefore, shut down any form of criticism.
You really ought to stop using my name on the Tiscali forums btw, you’re giving idiots the wrong idea ;)
